I have decided to only dose once or twice a week. As not to build up a tolerance. If I dose 2 times in one day , the calm I feel can last a few days . One 500 is enough to feel it and even get a little visuals . It's a good day .

Golden teacher 150mg and 300 mg
My first time taking these and all I can say is they work. I can't compare them to anything but I know I'm on something good. It seems like I'm a better person when I'm on it. Tried the 300mg first and and tried the 150mg on my second order. The 150 is I think perfect for me for now. Thank you for starting this company and please keep doing what your doing.
