I originally purchased a 300mg one month microdose with the intent to actually try microdosing for a month to help my mental health. I took one the first day I received them, and definitely felt positive effects. It was much easier to fight off intrusive thoughts, and everything felt a little brighter. I don’t know if body weight affects dosage effects for mushrooms, but I weigh 250lbs and I had no visual effects or anything noticeable on a 300mg dose.
The next day I talked with my fiancée about the purchase and we decided to instead both take a larger dose with the capsules, and we both took 3.0g. Very intense experience for both of us, and it’s hard to put into words. Just know that this retailer is providing 100% legit product at reasonable prices. My order shipped on a Saturday and I received it on Tuesday afternoon. I wholly recommend buying and intend to buy again myself in the future.

I’d never tried this type of medicine before, and I was interested in trying either micro or macro dosing as an alternative to antidepressants, which work well for me but also present some disruptive side effects. I got the 500mg so that I could go either way as I needed.
500mg is interesting; not impairing at all but slightly stimulating, I felt like I was able to take in the “big picture” rather than zeroing in and evaluating certain elements. I felt like this made it easier not to get caught up on minor indecision. However, because I also take Vyvanse, I felt pretty overstimulated and manic when I took these at the same time. I’d recommend staying away from this combo or possibly trying a smaller microdose.
My first macrodose at 2g didn’t give me many visuals, a little waviness, but it did really open my thoughts up to really abstract thinking. I felt really content and comfortable, and easily impressed. I did take it with weed though, which I believe actually dampened the experience.
I took another macrodose after 2 weeks, this time 2.5g, and no other substances. This time I had very interesting visuals, pulsating, waving, tracers, and lots of color. Most important, I felt incredibly confident and comfortable in my own skin, and able to accept when my partner would say or do something nice for me– which, for me, would be complicated by feelings of guilt or self-consciousness. I felt like I was finally at a mental state I had been trying to reach since adolescence. Then I messed it all up by smoking weed, which instantly put me right back in the self-centered, alienated state I had been trying to break out of, and the first negative feelings I felt all night.
I feel like a reached some important milestones with my last dose. I genuinely cannot wait to purchase again so I can continue to pursue this development. These are a very gentle experience it’s hard to go wrong with; I’d recommend anyone struggling with certain personal issues give it a try and see what they can do for you.

In my personal experience, they’ve greatly helped my mind in terms of spiritual enlightenment, creativity (I’m an avid sketch artist/dabble in painting as well), and mental health overall. I have Autism Spectrum Disorder, complex PTSD, MDD (recurrent, moderate-severe w/mixed features) and ADHD as my main mental diagnoses. I feel it helps the most with PTSD and depression, as use of microdosing over time has allowed me to make so much more progress on being able to communicate better and unpack traumatic things. I’m someone that believes pharmaceuticals and alternative medicines are both valid options as everyone should have bodily autonomy and everyone has different things they’re okay with. I’m open with my psychiatrist about what I incorporate and she’s very understanding, she appreciates that I’m honest as it helps her manage my medications with all relevant info and has never criticized me for exploring alternative medicines. My favorite part is how user-friendly HA makes the capsules, an easy form to take. With using clear capsules as well it gives you transparency so you can really see that it’s truly APE or GT (or whatever you’ve chosen) inside and I respect that. I like supporting a small business and I see myself being a customer with HA for many more years! Let me tell you, seeing a Facebook link for this had me so super skeptical. I saw what they offered and it didn’t seem like frills so I bought a small order to try. I am still in aw of the experience. This has been unreal as an avenue for healing and grounding oneself. There is no weird/nasty/drug high. I started with the golden teacher and switched to the APE. The golden teacher is where I personally felt the difference. The APE was ok. I don’t know if it’s just a weaker strain or my tolerance is getting stronger. But overall it was good.
