Howdy, I recently placed my 1st order of bulk APE Shroom capsules with Herbal Alchemy & must admit I was a little nervous at first. However, any concerns I had, were erased, both during order placement & all the way thru delivery of the product.
Since this was my 1st order & I had some questions, I elected to call Herbal Alchemy for answers to my questions. I left a msg to call me & one of the owners returned my call almost immediately.
The person who returned my call was very Professional, courteous, answered my questions, then took my order at the end of our conversation. That whole exchange let me know I was in good hands & I’d be a satisfied customer.
FYI….. I received an emailed order confirmation shortly after ordering. The package arrived on schedule. The product was packaged in a discrete box that was bullet proof. The boxes they use & packaging will withstand the roughest treatment UPS could dish out.
